Sukh Sandhu:

Sukh Sandhu boasts an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the education and training sector. With extensive experience in teaching TAE courses and working in various roles related to auditing, risk management, compliance, and training, Sukh brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry to the development of TAE resources. Sukh holds multiple degrees, including a Double Master Degree in Business Administration from MIT and Amity University, as well as Masters's degrees in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Project Management. Additionally, Sukh holds a range of diplomas and advanced diplomas in training and assessment, compliance management, project management, marketing, and technology. 

Michelle Newman:

Michelle Newman is a highly accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in audits, learning and assessment resources, and compliance. She has held roles as a facilitator, coach, lead assessor, and learning and compliance manager, gaining a deep understanding of the intricacies of quality assurance and compliance within the education and training sector. Michelle has been instrumental in the development and implementation of systems, strategies, policies, and quality assurance frameworks. Her expertise includes training strategy development, policy writing, quality assurance systems and protocols, instructional design, and curriculum design. Michelle's commitment to ensuring organisational compliance against relevant legal requirements, such as the VET Quality Framework and ESOS Act, further strengthens the resources developed by CAQA.

Raj Kiran:

Raj Kiran brings more than two decades of experience in the Education, Training and Nursing industries to her role as a TAE resource developer. With a background as a lecturer, Clinical Nurse Specialist (ICU), and ICU Liaison Nurse Consultant, Raj possesses a unique perspective that combines her teaching expertise with invaluable clinical and management experience. Raj has developed comprehensive training and assessment resources across various specialised areas, including TAE, First Aid, Nursing Health Support Services, Hospital/Health Services, Pharmacy Support, Health Administration, Ambulance Communications, Individual Support, Disability, Dementia, Mental Health, Community Services, and Occupational English Testing. Her diverse range of skills and knowledge enables her to create resources that cater to the specific needs of RTOs, TAFEs, and universities. 

Patrick Satapara:

Patrick Satapara is a highly skilled and experienced training specialist and business analyst at CAQA. With his extensive vocational education and training qualifications, years of experience in the training and education sector, and comprehensive knowledge and skills related to the TAE training package, Patrick brings valuable expertise to the CAQA team. As a training specialist, Patrick is well-versed in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of learners and align with industry requirements. He has a deep understanding of the TAE training package, which encompasses nationally endorsed qualifications, units of competency, and assessment requirements for the vocational education and training sector. This expertise allows Patrick to create training programs that effectively develop the skills and knowledge of learners, contributing to their success in their chosen fields.
