Should any of our products receive a non-compliant outcome from an audit conducted by a registering body, we make the required rectifications at no additional cost, with a minimum of 15 business days' notice.
- The assistance applies to audits conducted by an official registration body such as ASQA.
- Additional fees apply where resources were found non-compliant after the original form was modified.
- Submit the official audit report to CAQA as proof; we cannot assist without it.
- A minimum of 15 business days' notice is required to resource and complete updates to assessment tools.

How to claim
The rectification procedure
- Send the official audit report from the registering body to info@caqa.com.au. We cannot assist without it, so send it as soon as you receive it.
- Tell us which products or which engagement the finding relates to and whether the materials were modified after supply.
- We confirm the finding, agree the rectification and the notice period (a minimum of 15 business days for assessment tools).
- We rectify, you review, and the updated materials or evidence are delivered with a change record for your own validation file.
