Questions
Frequently asked questions
What changed on 1 July 2025?
The Outcome Standards (F2025L00354) and the Compliance Standards (F2025L00355) took full effect, along with the Credential Policy for trainers and assessors. Compliance is now organised around four Quality Areas and demonstrated through self-assurance.
What is self-assurance?
The provider's own system for monitoring its performance against the Standards, acting on what it finds and evidencing both, rather than relying on the regulator's audit to find problems.
Changing your compliance consultant?
Send us your current scope and the last audit report. We map what is done, what is open and what is at risk, and quote only the gap. Your evidence stays yours; our fee buys an outcome, not hours.
