Hundreds of RTOs engaged CAQA to align their systems and documentation with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and build the self-assurance approach required under the revised framework.
What we did
The transition required providers to move beyond static compliance documents. The Standards for RTOs 2025 are organised around quality outcomes in training and assessment, student support, workforce and governance. They require providers to demonstrate that systems are current, implemented, monitored and improved over time. CAQA reviewed each provider’s existing framework, including policies, procedures, templates, training and assessment strategies, validation processes, trainer evidence, student support systems, risk registers, industry engagement records and continuous improvement tools.
