The engagement
A number of organisations across Australia have engaged CAQA to validate assessment and learner resources across diverse training packages and industries. Some clients had more than 100 courses on their scope of registration and required large-scale, expert-led validation support.
The challenge
A provider wanted more than a one-off validation project: a standing arrangement where independent experts review assessment and learner resources on a rolling schedule, keeping quality continuous instead of episodic.
The outcome
The engagement continues today. Validation stopped being a compliance event and became part of how the provider runs - with independent expertise on call whenever new tools are developed.
