CAQA has supported hundreds of new providers through its Initial RTO Registration Package, helping organisations enter the VET sector with compliant systems, documentation, resources and operational guidance.
What we did
In this case, a new provider engaged CAQA to support its initial RTO registration application. The provider needed a structured application pathway and a complete evidence base aligned with regulator expectations for new applicants. CAQA developed a customised application plan. This identified the proposed scope, required training and assessment strategies, learner and assessment resources, trainer and assessor documentation, facilities, equipment, student support arrangements, governance systems, industry engagement processes and continuous improvement framework.
