The challenge
An RTO delivering Business Services and Community Services qualifications engaged CAQA for compliant learning and assessment resources that could be customised to its learner cohort and delivery mode.
What we did
The provider needed resources aligned to training product requirements and current standards, but it also wanted flexibility. Its learners had different backgrounds, delivery occurred across different modes, and trainers needed practical examples that reflected real workplace situations. CAQA supplied editable learner guides, assessment workbooks, assessor guides, mapping documents, case studies, simulated workplace activities and supporting templates. The resources were aligned to the relevant training products and designed to support valid assessment.
