Feasibility, registration, shared campus planning and the National Code obligations that follow, for providers entering or growing in the international student market.
Providers delivering to overseas students are registered on CRICOS under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 and the National Code 2018, as amended by the Education Agent Commissions Instrument 2026 (compilation effective 21 January 2026). ELICOS providers also meet the ELICOS Standards 2018.
